Vizto Privacy Policy

The short version

Vizto does not collect any data. Your photos are analyzed and cropped by Apple's on-device frameworks and never leave your iPhone.

Photos

The portrait you choose is read through the iOS photo picker, analyzed by Apple's Vision framework on your device, and cropped by Apple's Core Image framework on your device. Vizto has no server and no network upload path for photos. Exported files are written as new JPEGs without the original photo's location or camera metadata.

Data collection

Vizto v1 has no account system, no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no tracking, and no app backend. We receive nothing about you or your photos.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. Vizto stores your purchase state (lifetime unlock and remaining photo-export credits) only on your device. Apple's handling of payment information is described in Apple's own privacy policy. The lifetime unlock can be restored on any iPhone signed in with your Apple Account via Restore Purchases; photo-export credits are delivered to the iPhone they were bought on.

Government disclaimer

Vizto is an independent photo tool. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency, and it does not submit applications. Photo acceptance is always decided by the issuing authority.
